The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

Are your chemicals pet friendly?Yes, your pets will be fine around our chemicals. Everything we use is eco-friendly and hypo allergenic!

How do I pay for the services I receive?We will send an invoice to your email that is on file. If you booked a residential clean, you will be expected to pay the invoice at the end of the cleaning. If you booked a commercial clean, we will send an invoice and paperwork over to you. We accept all major credit cards.

Can I request the same cleaner for reoccuring cleanings?Yes, you can! We can send the same cleaner as long as they are available.

Do we accept checks?Yes, we collect checks. However, they have to be written in person.

Payments Accepted
We accept all major credit cards. We also accept checks. However, the checks can only be written in person!
Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds. If you decide to cancel your cleaning service, you will not be refunded. However, you can reschedule your cleaning service but you will be responsible to pay 50% of your total upfront as a rescheduling fee.
Invoices
Invoices will be paid upfront prior to the cleaning. This solidifies your placement in our schedule and ensures you receive all the services you requested.
